PLANTS TOLERANT TO CLAY SOIL

Clay soils can be a challenging environment for plants, to say the least, being prone to waterlogging in winter and drying hard as a rock in summer.  Although site conditions can be improved somewhat by incorporating gypsum into the soil, finding plants which can tolerate clay soil can be a frustrating exercise, so we have compiled a list of clay tolerant plants we grow:
